Role Description The Co-Founder will take a central role in shaping Aspire Scale’s growth strategy, service offerings, and overall business direction. This full time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day tasks include defining revenue goals, overseeing lead generation and sales development processes, developing marketing strategies, and building key client relationships.

The Co-Founder will collaborate on product and service innovation, manage operational priorities, and help recruit and mentor core team members.



This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, making data-informed decisions, and representing the company in external meetings, partnerships, and industry events.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and financial projections
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to clients, partners, and internal teams
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships
- Background in marketing, including demand generation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to conduct market and customer research to inform strategy and product decisions
- Previous leadership or entrepreneurial experience, ideally in Consulting, Marketing, or SaaS environments
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and taking ownership of outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus but not required
