We are looking for skilled CNC Setter, Programmer & Operator for VMC, 4th Axis and CNC Turning (TC) machines.
Responsibilities
- CNC program creation, editing and prove-out. - Machine setting, tool setting, work offsets and job alignment.
- Operate VMC, RTG/4th Axis and CNC Turning machines.
- Select tools and cutting parameters.
- Read engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Perform in-process inspection and offset corrections.
- Maintain quality and production targets. Requirements
- ITI / Diploma preferred.
2+ years experience preferred. Positive knowledge of tooling, machining parameters and measuring instruments.
- Experience with Fanuc controls preferred.
