Role & Responsibilities :

- Operate CMM machines to inspect investment-cast components.
- Measure dimensions, GD&T;, profiles, hole locations, angles, flatness, concentricity, etc.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T; symbols.
- Prepare and run CMM inspection programs.
- Check components against customer drawings and quality standards.
- Record measurement results and prepare inspection reports.

Key Responsibilities :

- Inspect first-off, in-process, and final components.
- Measure critical dimensions and geometrical tolerances.
- Identify dimensional deviations in castings and machined components.
- Create, edit, and execute CMM programs.
- Use software such as PC-DMIS, ZEISS CALYPSO, or similar CMM software.
- Understand datum systems, tolerances, and GD&T; requirements.
- Keep the CMM machine and inspection area clean.
- Perform routine checks and calibration-related activities as required.
- upport Production, Quality, and Process Engineering teams in solving dimensional problems.




- Assist with root-cause analysis when components are out of tolerance.
- Maintain inspection records and traceability.

Skills Required:

- CMM operation and programming
- Knowledge of GD&T;
- Engineering drawing reading
- Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.
- Basic knowledge of investment casting and machining

Qualification: ITI Machinist, Tool & Die, or related trade

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience Required :

- Fresher: ITI/Diploma candidates may be considered for trainee positions.
- 1–2 years: Experience in dimensional inspection and operating CMM.
- 2–5 years: Experience in CMM programming, GD&T;, inspection reports, and handling casting/machined components.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
