? Key Responsibilities:

- Drive LAP sales through direct channels, DSAs, and connectors
- Build and manage a robust pipeline for secured lending products
- Lead, coach, and track performance of the sales team
- Develop robust relationships with clients, builders, and financial intermediaries
- Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
- Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

? Key Requirements:

- 5–15 years of experience in LAP / mortgage sales




- Strong network of DSAs and channel partners
- Solid understanding of property valuation & credit processes
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets
- Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills

? Preferred Background:

- Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies
- Strong local market knowledge with an existing client base
