Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage technical and facilities management operations across a cluster of commercial properties.

- Act as a subject matter expert for Power, HVAC, Fire & Life Safety, and Lift systems.

- Ensure smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and reliability of all MEP systems.

- Guide and support property engineering teams in resolving technical issues.

- Ensure delivery of facilities management services in line with operational and safety standards.

- Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

- Lead and execute technical projects, upgrades, and fit-outs across properties.

- Conduct technical audits and drive best practices in facilities and engineering operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of Facilities Management and MEP systems.

- Experience in commercial buildings / business parks will be preferred.

- Exposure to project management and technical upgrades is an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification:

- 12+ years of experience in technical operations.

- BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
