Role Description The Cluster HR role at DMart in Rajkot is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and supporting HR activities across multiple stores within the assigned cluster. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management to ensure staffing needs are met in alignment with business goals. The Cluster HR professional will implement and monitor HR policies, manage employee benefits and welfare, and handle personnel records while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting performance management processes,



addressing employee queries and grievances, facilitating training and development initiatives, and partnering with store leadership on workforce planning and engagement. The role requires close coordination with the central HR team and store management to maintain a consistent, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in multi-location or cluster-level HR operations.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design, implement, and interpret HR Policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and welfare programs, including administration, communication, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, grievance handling, and workforce engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HR documentation, MS Office tools, and basic HRIS or HR software systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior retail or multi-unit HR experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Rajkot, travel within the cluster as needed, and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
