Role Overview The Senior Lead Cloud Platform Development Engineer is part of the Cloud Platform Engineering team and will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing strategic cloud solutions. The role requires a highly experienced professional who can function as a technical leader, mentor, and hands-on contributor while driving cloud adoption, automation, governance, AWS Landing Zone implementation, and cloud modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cloud platform architecture and solution design initiatives.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CDK, Terraform, Python, and Boto3 .
- Design, implement, and manage AWS Landing Zones aligned with enterprise governance standards.
- Build reusable cloud frameworks, libraries, accelerators, and automation solutions.
- Define cloud architecture standards, governance models, and best practices.
- Develop cloud automation and orchestration solutions using Python and Boto3 .
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.




- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions.
- Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Own and deliver epics, user stories, and platform engineering deliverables.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation strategies.
- Ensure cloud security, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS Services and Cloud-Native Architecture.
- Advanced programming experience in Python (Mandatory) .
- Strong hands-on experience with Boto3 (Mandatory) for AWS automation and service integration.
- Extensive experience with AWS CDK.
- Strong experience with Terraform (Mandatory) .
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing AWS Landing Zones (Mandatory) .
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Mandatory) .
- Experience building reusable cloud platform frameworks and automation solutions.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Platform Engineering principles.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
