Must-Haves

- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience

- Solid AWS experience (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch)

- Proven experience with on-premises to AWS cloud migrations

- Strong Python and/or Java development experience

- Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting experience

- Experience building automation scripts and frameworks

- REST API and API integration experience

- CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, Jenkins, Maven or similar)

- Experience with Kubernetes-based deployments

- Batch scheduling/orchestration experience (AutoSys, Control-M, Cron or similar)

- Monitoring and observability experience (CloudWatch, Splunk or similar)

- Performance tuning and optimisation of production workloads

- Experience executing migration testing, cutovers,

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
