We are looking for a Cloud Security skilled with 10-15 years of experience in cloud security, cybersecurity operations, or threat management. The role will be responsible for ensuring the real-time security posture of cloud platforms and applications, including detection, validation and response to vulnerabilities, threats and misconfigurations.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Security Posture Management
- Manage and monitor cloud security platforms such as Prisma, Qualys and SentinelOne.
- Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure, workloads and configurations.
- Drive timely remediation of vulnerabilities and security misconfigurations.
- Ensure cloud workloads remain secure and compliant.
Threat Detection &
- Response
- Manage security monitoring and threat detection using platforms such as Chronicle.
- Detect, investigate and coordinate responses to security incidents, anomalous behaviour and potential security breaches.
- Define and implement incident response playbooks with SRE and Platform teams.
Identity &
- Access Validation
- Validate identity and access controls across the platform, including IAM configurations, role definitions and privileged access mechanisms.
- Ensure privileged access is secure, compliant and traceable using solutions such as CyberArk.
Security Remediation &
- Risk Management
- Act as the technical validator for security-related fixes.
- Validate remediation of vulnerabilities and security risks.
- Identify potential risks, weak configurations and emerging threat vectors.
- Provide recommendations to Platform Engineering teams to improve architecture, controls and security posture.
Platform &
- Governance Collaboration
- Raise security findings to Platform and SRE teams and track them through closure.
- Support Governance teams with evidence, validation and insights required for audits and compliance.
Required Skills &
- Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in cloud security, cybersecurity operations or threat management.
- Strong experience in Azure Cloud Security.
- Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
- Hands-on experience with Prisma and Qualys.
- Zscaler experience is mandatory.
- Experience with SIEM platforms and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of IAM, Zero Trust and security frameworks.
- Experience in security monitoring, threat detection and incident response.
- Experience with CyberArk, Chronicle and/or SentinelOne is preferred.
- BFSI or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, risk identification and communication skills.
