Manage final stage property sale closures and documentation. Coordinate with customers, banks and legal teams for loan processing and disbursement. Ensure agreement to sale, registration and possession formalities, track payments, maintain MIS logs.
Required Candidate profile
5-8 years experience in real estate sales closure, CRM or post-sales. Strong knowledge of home loan processes, registration and property documentation. Positive coordination, client handling skills reqd.
