Job Summary

Clinogenesis Research Institute is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and conduct of clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating day-to-day activities of assigned clinical research studies.
- Support patient screening, recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and source records.
- Assist with data collection, entry, verification, and query resolution.
- Coordinate with Principal Investigators, study teams, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure study activities are conducted according to the approved protocol, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.
- Assist in preparation for sponsor,



monitor, and regulatory visits.
- Maintain essential documents, study logs, and regulatory files.
- Report protocol deviations, safety events, and other study-related issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Clinical Research, GCP, and clinical trial processes.
- Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
