Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The coordinator will manage day-to-day clinical trial activities, including participant screening, enrollment, and scheduling of study visits.

Responsibilities include ensuring informed consent is properly obtained, maintaining accurate source documents and study records, and coordinating with investigators, site staff, and sponsors. The role involves implementing study protocols, handling regulatory and ethics committee documentation,



managing investigational products and supplies, and monitoring data quality and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). The coordinator will also support query resolution, adverse event reporting, and continuous communication with project management teams to ensure trials run smoothly and meet timelines.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of clinical research processes, including Research and Clinical Research Experience.
- Ability to interpret and implement study Protocol and manage day-to-day Clinical Trials activities.
- Demonstrated competence in obtaining and documenting Informed Consent in accordance with ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related health discipline.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple studies or sites simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with patients, investigators, and sponsors.
- Proficiency in using electronic data capture systems and basic office productivity software.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical trial site operations in India is an advantage.
