About Tora Health

Tora Health runs India's first managed chronic care program at home for diabetes and high blood pressure. Our members are mostly adults above 40, many living with several conditions and taking several medicines. Today's healthcare system is episodic: you see a doctor when something goes wrong, and the rest is up to you.

We do things differently. Doctors, nurses and care coordinators monitor our members continuously and step in before problems escalate. Nutrition is central to that care, and you will own it.

What you'll do

- Run nutrition assessments for current members, covering medical history, lab reports, medicines, food habits, cultural and family eating patterns, and budget
- Build practical, personalised diet plans for diabetes, hypertension and common co-conditions (CKD, dyslipidaemia, fatty liver, thyroid, obesity or undernutrition in the elderly)
- Follow up with members regularly by phone or video, with home visits when needed, and revise plans based on glucose/BP readings and lab trends
- Train the person who actually cooks at home (often a spouse,



daughter-in-law or cook) so the plan survives real kitchens
- Coordinate closely with Tora's doctors and nurses: flag hypoglycaemia risk, sudden weight change, poor intake, or readings that need clinical review
- Keep accurate, structured records in our app and internal systems
- Contribute to patient education content and community health sessions for senior citizens

What we're looking for

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics (mandatory)
- 2–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital, diabetes clinic or chronic care setting
- Strong working knowledge of diabetic and renal diets, low-sodium diets, and how diet interacts with insulin and oral diabetes medicines
- Comfortable counselling elderly patients with patience and respect
- Fluent in Hindi and English (any additional regional language is a plus)

Pay: ₹12,384.37 - ₹29,701.81 per month
