We are looking for an experienced Clinical Microbiologist with strong knowledge of microbiology laboratory practices, instruments, consumables, and diagnostic solutions. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, microbiology labs, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinical microbiology labs, and healthcare institutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable microbiology instruments, consumables, and laboratory solutions .
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations for customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical support and application guidance to customers.
- Coordinate with internal product, sales, and technical teams to address customer requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars,



and customer meetings.
- Prepare regular reports on customer visits, opportunities, sales activities, and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in clinical microbiology, diagnostics, laboratory instruments, consumables, or related life-science products.
- Strong understanding of clinical microbiology laboratory workflows and applications .
- Experience working with or selling microbiology instruments and laboratory consumables will be preferred.
- Positive technical communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Candidates with experience in diagnostic companies, laboratory equipment companies, or life-science/medical device organizations are preferred.

Education M.Sc. / M.Tech. / equivalent qualification in Microbiology or a related Life Sciences discipline.
