Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our Ahmedabad branch. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional requirements, developing personalized diet and nutrition plans, conducting regular consultations and follow-ups, monitoring progress, and working closely with doctors and the healthcare team.

The ideal candidate should have solid clinical nutrition knowledge, excellent patient counselling skills, and the ability to translate nutritional recommendations into practical and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Nutrition Assessment

- Conduct detailed dietary and nutritional assessments of patients.
- Understand patients' medical history, lifestyle, dietary patterns and nutritional concerns.
- Review relevant clinical information and reports provided by the patient or medical team.
- Identify nutritional risk factors and areas requiring dietary intervention.
- Coordinate with the consulting doctor whenever clinical clarification is required.

2. Personalized Diet Planning
- Prepare individualized diet and nutrition plans based on the patient's requirements and clinical recommendations.
- Develop practical meal plans considering food preferences, lifestyle, cultural habits and dietary restrictions.
- Modify diet plans based on patient progress, adherence and changing requirements.




- Provide appropriate guidance for weight management and healthy lifestyle modification.

3. Patient Counselling
- Conduct one-to-one nutrition counselling sessions.
- Educate patients about healthy eating, portion control, meal timing and sustainable lifestyle practices.
- Explain the rationale behind recommended dietary changes in simple and understandable language.
- Address patient concerns and provide practical solutions to improve dietary adherence.
- Motivate patients to maintain consistency with their prescribed nutrition plan.

4. Patient Follow-up & Monitoring
- Conduct scheduled follow-up consultations.
- Monitor weight, dietary adherence, lifestyle changes and other relevant parameters.
- Track patient progress and identify barriers to adherence.
- Make appropriate dietary modifications based on progress and clinical guidance.
- Maintain regular communication with patients as per the prescribed follow-up process.

5. Coordination with Medical Team
- Work collaboratively with doctors, health coaches and other members of the Obe2Slim team.
- Follow the clinical recommendations provided by the treating/consulting doctor.
- Escalate clinically relevant concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions regarding patient care where required.

6. Patient Documentation
- Maintain accurate and updated patient nutrition records.
- Document consultations, diet plans, follow-ups and progress.
- Update required information in the Obe2Slim CRM/Patient Management System.
- Ensure patient records are maintained confidentially and professionally.

7. Patient Engagement & Retention
- Develop a positive and professional relationship with patients.
- Encourage patients to remain consistent with their nutrition and lifestyle programs.
- Conduct structured follow-ups to improve engagement and adherence.
- Support the overall patient experience at the Obe2Slim branch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
