About the Role

ResearchAyu is looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Consultant (Ayurveda) to provide clinical consultation, case-review support, and professional guidance to its Ayurveda medical team.

The role will primarily involve reviewing clinical cases, discussing treatment approaches with doctors, supporting clinical protocols, and mentoring medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in scheduled clinical case discussions with Ayurveda doctors.
- Review complex and chronic cases presented by the medical team.
- Provide qualified guidance on case assessment and treatment planning.
- Review proposed treatment approaches for alignment with established clinical protocols.
- Support doctors in applying Ayurvedic principles along with relevant diagnostic information.
- Provide inputs on clinical documentation and case management.
- Mentor and guide Ayurveda doctors on clinical reasoning and treatment planning.
- Support consistent clinical practices across the organization.
- Participate in clinical review meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.




- Identify areas where clinical processes and protocols can be improved.
- Collaborate with the medical and operations teams on clinical quality initiatives.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and patient-centric clinical practices.

Requirements
- BAMS or MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution.
- 15+ years of professional experience in Ayurveda.
- Strong experience in clinical case review and treatment planning.
- Experience working with chronic and complex clinical cases.
- Experience mentoring, supervising, or guiding Ayurveda doctors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic clinical principles and diagnostic approaches.
- Good clinical documentation and case-analysis skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct structured case discussions with medical professionals.
- Professional approach toward confidentiality, ethics, and clinical standards.
