A Clinical Coordinator is a completely hands-on, multi- functional position. The team will have multiple clinical coordinators, assistants and senior staffs. So tasks can be divided, but the responsibilities will not be permanently limited to one person only. All clinical coordinators must learn, undertake and perform all basic duties.
Here are the mandatory duties and responsibilities:
- Phone calls & enquiries
- Appointment management
- Reception and patient registration
- Form filing and documentation
- Billing and payments
- Patient coordination for testing
- Follow-up of reports and cases
- Patient service and problem solving
- Digital systems and daily records
- Team based workstyle
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Willingness to learn and perform all basic tasks
- Qualified telephone and reception etiquettes
- Basic billing, computer and documentation knowledge
- Ability to learn systems such as RIS and PACS systems
- Knowledge of radiology procedures (MRI, CT, USG)
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking skills
- An attitude of sharing responsibility with the team
- Accuracy, precision , sense of responsibility.
- Ability to prioitize and work under pressure
- Ability to accept direction from seniors and lead junior employees
Requirements
- Location: From Office
- Experience: Minimum 2- 5 year in healthcare is a must.
- Freshers may apply for an internship opportunity. The internship will be unpaid; however interns will be provided with applicable TA/DA as allowances. Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will receive an internship certificate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Age: Below 35 years
- Working Hours: 9 hours duty
