Job Title: Clinic Manager – Healthcare Operations
Location: Kesavadasapuram, Thiruvananthapuram
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced, dependable and highly organised Clinic Manager to oversee the operations, administration and business development activities of a speciality healthcare centre in Thiruvananthapuram.
The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare operations, hospital/clinic administration, diagnostics, pharmaceutical sales/operations or a related healthcare field. The candidate should be capable of independently coordinating staff, patient services, administration, marketing, business development and basic accounts-related activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Supervise and coordinate reception, administrative and support staff.
- Ensure efficient patient flow, appointment scheduling and front-office operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, work allocation and performance.
- Develop, implement and monitor clinic SOPs and operational processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy and other service departments.
- Handle patient queries, complaints and feedback professionally and ensure a high standard of patient service.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external service providers.
- Maintain administrative records, operational documentation and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate day-to-day accounts, billing, expenses, payments and financial documentation.
- Work closely with the accountant and management for routine accounts, expense monitoring and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase patient footfall and support the growth and revenue of the clinic.
- Identify opportunities for current services, partnerships, referral networks and institutional collaborations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, healthcare organisations, corporates and other referral partners.
- Handle feedback and relationship management with referral partners.
- Plan and coordinate clinic marketing, branding and promotional activities.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media activities, local outreach programmes, health camps, CME/educational programmes, promotional campaigns and special events.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and business development activities and report outcomes to management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance monitoring of clinic staff.
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure that all operational, marketing and business development activities follow clinic policies, professional standards and ethical healthcare practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling patient, staff and business information.
- Take ownership of overall clinic operations and provide regular updates to management.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management/Director.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience – Required.
- Experience in healthcare operations, hospital/clinic administration, diagnostics, pharmaceutical industry, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare field will be considered.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare operations, team management, business development or managerial responsibilities will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, coordination and people-management skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Basic understanding of accounts, billing, expenses and financial documentation.
- Experience or interest in healthcare marketing and business development.
- Comfortable with computers, MS Excel, reports and MIS preparation.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Ability to identify problems, take initiative and implement practical solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
