Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The person will be responsible for clinic administration, patient coordination, staff management, sales support, inventory, and ensuring smooth clinic functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle patient registration, appointments, follow-ups, and overall patient coordination.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, PCM, and other clinic staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and work performance.
- Ensure proper patient handling and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Monitor clinic sales, revenue, collections, and daily targets.
- Support the team in achieving patient conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain clinic records, reports, and daily MIS.
- Monitor medicine, therapy, and other clinic inventory.
- Ensure proper stock inward/outward and timely replenishment.




- Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper clinic decorum.
- Coordinate with the management/HO for operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and healthcare standards.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/management background preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic/hospital/wellness/Ayurveda operations.
- Experience in clinic management, patient handling, team management, and sales coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a target-oriented setting.
- Candidates from Ayurveda, healthcare, wellness, or clinic chains will be preferred.
