Role Description The Clinic Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing the front desk, and ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with medical and administrative staff.

The role also involves handling patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying basic information, and providing clear information about clinic procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Appointment Scheduling and Medical Office coordination skills.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with Medical Terminology and basic clinical processes.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including use of appointment and record management systems.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare front office is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain composure in busy periods.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training is an advantage.
