Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Servicing Executive to manage day-to-day communication with clients and coordinate with internal creative, design, production, photography, and digital teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, briefs, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare and communicate clear briefs to internal creative and execution teams.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, photographers, video teams, and other stakeholders.
- Track projects from briefing to final delivery and ensure timelines are met.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, content, and required inputs.
- Present creative concepts and project outputs to clients when required.
- Maintain regular communication and build strong client relationships.
- Identify potential additional requirements and business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare estimates, quotations, presentations, and project-related documentation.
- Maintain project status reports and ensure all deliverables are properly tracked.




- Coordinate corrections and revisions while ensuring the scope of work is maintained.
- Escalate issues, delays, or scope changes to the Account Manager / senior management.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client communication and approvals.
- Support the team in developing proposals and pitches for new business.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of advertising, branding, design, digital, and marketing processes.
- Strong coordination and project-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and communicate creative requirements effectively.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced agency setting.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an advertising, branding, digital, or creative agency.
- Candidates with experience handling premium brands, packaging and product shoots will be preferred.

Salary : upto 3.6 Lacs p.a
