Role Description The Client Executive internship is a remote role focused on supporting and growing relationships with students and academic partners using HW Deck’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, understanding their academic support needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. The intern will assist in onboarding new clients, tracking engagement, and addressing concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align services with client expectations,



identifying opportunities to offer additional support, and contributing to basic sales and consulting activities. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in client-facing work in an education-focused environment.

Qualifications

Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and a client-first mindset to ensure positive experiences and long-term relationships.

Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with students and internal teams.

Ability to support Account Management activities such as client onboarding, relationship nurturing, and follow-ups.

Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Consulting to identify needs, suggest suitable services, and support growth initiatives.

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions in a remote environment.

Comfort with digital tools, online communication platforms, and basic data tracking or reporting.

Professional, empathetic, and ethical approach when working with students and educational content.

Relevant academic background or interest in education, business, or related fields; prior customer-facing experience is a plus
