About the Role

Brrandom Media is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can act as the bridge between our clients and internal creative teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with creative and social media teams, communicating ideas effectively, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Since we work extensively with Bengali-speaking clients and brands, solid fluency in Bengali is mandatory. The candidate should be comfortable speaking, reading, and writing Bengali and should have the ability to understand Bengali culture, communication styles, references, and trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal creative team.
- Understand client briefs, requirements, expectations, and brand communication objectives.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the Creative, Copy, Design, Social Media, and Video teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that projects are executed within the agreed timelines.
- Write, develop, and review Bengali captions, social media copy, campaign communication, and content ideas whenever required.
- Ensure that Bengali content is grammatically correct, culturally relevant, engaging, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Understand Bengali cultural references, festivals, trends, humour, language nuances, and local audience behaviour.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute campaign ideas,



social media concepts, content ideas, and creative directions.
- Follow up with the creative team on ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of creatives and content.
- Share creative outputs with clients, collect feedback, and coordinate revisions with the respective teams.
- Maintain proper communication and documentation of client requirements, feedback, approvals, and deadlines.
- Ensure that client feedback is accurately understood and executed by the internal teams.
- Identify potential issues in execution and communicate them to the concerned team/Reporting Manager proactively.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure that deliverables are completed as committed.
- Support the team in executing social media campaigns, digital campaigns, branding activities, and other creative projects.

Bengali Language Requirement – Mandatory The candidate must be fluent in Bengali, both verbally and in writing. The candidate should be able to:

- Communicate confidently with Bengali-speaking clients.
- Write Bengali captions and social media copy.
- Understand Bengali expressions, phrases, humour, cultural references, and colloquial language.




- Develop content ideas that are relevant to Bengali audiences.
- Review and identify language or contextual errors in Bengali content.
- Communicate client feedback and creative requirements accurately in Bengali when required.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Bengali, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, or a Creative Agency.
- Candidates with experience handling Bengali brands/clients or regional campaigns will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, creative understanding, and excellent Bengali proficiency may also be considered.

Key Attributes Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
