Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the signage or related industries.

- Robust Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the signage production process, materials, and installation methods is a plus.

- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and thoroughness in all aspects of client servicing.

- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools
