Shift: Rotational (Candidates must be comfortable working all shifts)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing Manager to act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding brand requirements, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality social media and digital marketing projects.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, campaign goals, and business priorities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and digital campaigns.

Manage the workflow and communication between clients and the following teams:

Social Media Managers

Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executives

Content Analysts

Graphic Designers

Video Editors

Copywriters

Other creative and digital marketing team members

Prepare creative briefs and communicate campaign requirements clearly to internal teams.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.

Review creative outputs before client submission to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Coordinate feedback from clients and ensure revisions are completed efficiently.

Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Work closely with brand teams to plan content calendars, campaign launches,



and marketing initiatives.

Escalate project risks proactively and provide effective solutions.

Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

Strong coordination and team management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

High attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Agency, Advertising Agency, or Brand Management.

Prior experience handling social media and digital marketing clients is highly preferred.

Experience coordinating creative teams and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
