Role & responsibilities

- Meet and greet patients and provide end-to-end support during their hospital journey.

- Handhold patients through the cashless process and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.

- Be available to travel/move between different hospital locations within the city based on patient admissions and service requirements.

- Coordinate closely with our cashless team to facilitate faster authorization and discharge.

- Proactively follow up on pending authorizations and other requirements to minimize delays.

- Explain any deductions, co-payments, or other applicable charges to patients clearly and help address their concerns.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships and rapport with 56 major branded healthcare providers/hospital groups in the respective city.

- Develop robust connect with key hospital stakeholders to ensure smoother coordination and faster resolution of patient-related issues.

- Ensure effective coordination between the patient, hospital/provider teams, and our internal cashless team.

- Maintain a patient-centric, empathetic,



and service-oriented approach throughout the patient journey.

Preferred candidate profile

- Smart, presentable, confident, and highly proactive. Strong in communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Patient-centric, empathetic, and capable of handling patients and their families sensitively.

- Comfortable travelling across the city and moving from one provider location to another based on patient admissions.

- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital/provider teams.

- Good at influencing and convincing stakeholders while maintaining a professional approach.

- Persistent and proactive in following up with multiple stakeholders to expedite authorizations and discharges.

- Comfortable working independently within hospital premises.

- Focused on delivering a smooth, hassle-free, and faster cashless authorization and discharge experience for patients.
