? Hiring: Client Sales Executive – US Staffing (Non-IT)

? Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

We are looking for a Client Sales Executive to join our growing US staffing & recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong US voice/calling experience, lead-generation skills, and the ability to build relationships with US clients.

? Key Responsibilities• Conduct outbound calls to prospective US clients

- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
- Identify current business opportunities for non-IT staffing & recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with US clients
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Maintain sales pipelines and follow-ups




- Work collaboratively using Agile ways of working

? Requirements• Experience in US voice process / outbound calling / B2B sales

- Strong English communication and client-handling skills
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling
- US staffing/recruitment sales experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to work the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST shift
