Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, handling concerns, and providing product and service guidance that aligns with the brand’s holistic health mission.

The Client Relationship

Manager will coordinate with internal teams to manage orders, track feedback,



and support client onboarding or retention initiatives. This role also involves updating customer records, preparing simple reports on client interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
