Vinayak Enterprises runs a continuous casting and rolling plant in Delhi & Dausa (Raj.), supplying high-quality wire rod to the electrical and cable industry across India. While our sales team drives growth on the ground, we need a powerhouse operating at the core of our businessa highly organized, professional Sales Coordinator & CRM to act as the ultimate bridge between our nationwide clients and internal operations.

This isn't just about answering phones; its a dynamic, multi-faceted role combining business development support, end-to-end order tracking, and high-level client relationship management. You will report directly to management, taking charge of everything from the moment an order is placed until the final payment is collected, ensuring absolute customer retention and operational fluidity.

What You'll Own

Client Relations & Retention: Act as the primary post-sales point of contact; handle inquiries, resolve grievances with deep diplomacy, and build long-term trust to ensure client retention.

Order-to-Cash Management: Track and manage the end-to-end process from initial order placement through production, dispatch coordination, and final payment collection.

Sales Coordination & Growth: Support daily sales activities, process customer orders, proactively follow up on quotations, and call new/existing clients to uncover growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Liaisoning: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departmentsincluding Production, Dispatch, and Accountsto guarantee customer specs and delivery timelines are met without friction.

Reporting & Data Rigor: Maintain highly accurate sales records, customer history logs, and performance reports to ensure full visibility into the pipeline.

What You Bring





23 years of direct experience in Sales Coordination, Client Relations, or Account Management. Experience within a manufacturing unit or an engineering background is highly preferred.

Exceptional bilingual communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi. You must have the ability to handle difficult client situations and tight deadlines with calm and poise.

Technical & Soft Skills: Highly proficient in basic computer skills (MS Excel, emailing, and report maintenance) paired with strong conflict-resolution, multi-tasking, and rigorous follow-up abilities.

Core Traits: High emotional intelligence, exceptional organization skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferences: Female candidates aged 2935 years are preferred for this position.
