Client Relations Executive

Remote, India | Full-time | Entry Level / Junior

Whyletz is looking for a Client Relations Executive to coordinate client communication and projects across our India and UAE engagements.

You will be the communication bridge between our clients, leadership and remote strategy, design and delivery teams, helping projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

What you'll do:

- Manage day-to-day client communication across India and the UAE
- Understand requirements and translate them into clear briefs and action points
- Coordinate projects with strategy, design, development and delivery teams
- Follow up on timelines, feedback, approvals and pending actions
- Schedule client/internal meetings and maintain notes, updates and reminders
- Keep clients informed and ensure communication remains professional and timely
- Support the CEO/leadership with project coordination, follow-ups, reminders and execution of assigned tasks
- Comfortably use and manage digital tools for communication, project management, documentation and coordination

Who we're looking for:

- Ideally, you have 1–2 years of experience,



although we're open to candidates with more experience who find the role suitable.
- Experience or exposure to a branding, design, advertising, digital or creative agency is preferred.
- You should have an understanding of branding and design services and be interested in working with businesses across different markets.
- Exposure to Indian clients and/or the UAE/Middle East market is an advantage.
- Strong fresh graduates with relevant internships, freelance work or agency exposure are also welcome.
- Most importantly, you should be a explicit communicator, organised, proactive, comfortable with technology and good at following through.
