We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys making things happen and doesn’t need to be told what to do at every step.
You’ll work with clients and our content, creative, marketing and production teams to take projects from brief to execution .
You don't need to know everything when you join. What matters is your instinct to say:

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and turn them into clear internal briefs.
- Coordinate content, design, marketing, production and other stakeholders.
- Track timelines, deliverables and approvals and make sure things move forward.
- Identify problems early and work towards solutions.
- Keep clients and internal teams proactively updated.
- Take increasing ownership of projects as you gain experience.
- Look for better ways to organise, execute and improve our work.
Commercial Responsibility You won't be a traditional salesperson, but we expect you to develop a commercial understanding of your clients .
- Identify additional requirements and potential opportunities.
- Follow up on warm enquiries or opportunities when required.
- Support proposals, presentations and pitches.
- Work with the sales team to develop opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Recognise when a client could benefit from another FourPlus service, publication or event.

- Curious, commercially aware and willing to suggest current ideas.
Experience in media, advertising, marketing, publishing, events or a creative agency would be an advantage.

As you demonstrate ownership, the role can grow into Client & Project Manager / Account Manager , with greater responsibility for clients, projects and business opportunities.
