Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive – Recruiter Partnerships

What you will do

- Identify companies hiring freshers and early-career candidates.
- Connect with HR and talent acquisition teams through calls, LinkedIn, email and meetings.
- Understand each company’s hiring requirements.
- Introduce TalentProof and explain how we can support their fresher hiring.
- Follow up with prospective clients and help onboard companies to the platform.

Who we are looking for





- A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with current people.
- Someone curious about companies’ hiring needs and willing to follow up consistently.
- Comfortable using the phone, LinkedIn and email for outreach.
- 0–2 years of experience. Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client acquisition is a plus. Motivated freshers may also apply.
