Role Overview:
Handle medical insurance claims by reviewing claim information, verifying member eligibility and provider details, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process medical insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Verify claim details, member eligibility, and provider information.
- Identify and resolve claim-related issues.
- Meet accuracy and productivity targets while following SOPs.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
