The Motor Claims Processor is responsible for handling and processing motor insurance claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with company officials, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process motor insurance claims from initiation to closure.

· Verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy.

· Coordinate with workshops, and customers for online survey & claim assessment.

· Ensure adherence to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

· Review survey documents/photographs and validate claim estimates.

· Identify and flag fraudulent or suspicious claims.

· Maintain accurate records of all claim-related activities.

· Communicate claim status updates to customers and stakeholders.

· Ensure timely settlement of claims within defined TAT.

· Handle customer queries and provide resolution support.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

· Diploma in mechanical/automobile (preferred)





· Relevant experience in motor insurance claims processing (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.

· Good analytical and decision-making skills.

· Effective communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

· Basic knowledge of fraud detection in insurance claims.

· Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Claim processing turnaround time (TAT).

· Accuracy in claim settlement.

· Number of claims processed per day/month.

· Customer satisfaction and query resolution time.

· Compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
