Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the construction process of high-rise buildings, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Supervise site laborers and contractors to ensure proper execution of reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related queries.

Job Requirements :

- 4-18 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of high-rise building construction methods (Mivan) and residential projects.

- Proficiency in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures and finishing techniques.

- Experience with shuttering systems used for concrete placements.
