Role Description The Civil Trainer – ETABS is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves delivering structured training sessions on ETABS and related civil engineering concepts to students and early-career professionals, using practical examples, real-time projects, and industry-relevant case studies. The trainer will prepare lesson plans, develop training materials, create assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help learners strengthen their technical and analytical skills.

Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating ETABS workflows (modeling, analysis, and design), guiding learners through project work,



staying updated with current industry standards and codes, and collaborating with the training team to continuously improve course content and delivery. The role also includes mentoring learners on professional behavior and readiness for industrial placements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in ETABS, including structural modeling, analysis, and design for civil engineering projects.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals, design codes, and practical application in building and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Candidates should possess curriculum development and training material preparation skills, including the ability to design exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in related civil engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD or similar), which will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong mentoring and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide diverse learners toward industry readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Coimbatore and stay current with evolving industry practices and standards.
