Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at our industrial project site. The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, execution as per drawings and specifications, productivity, quality, safety and coordination with engineers, subcontractors and site teams.

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Execute earthwork, excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Supervise foundations, rafts, pedestals, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls and other RCC structures.
- Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions and elevations as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Surveyors and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Plan and deploy manpower according to daily and weekly work requirements.
- Monitor productivity of masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers and other workmen.
- Check availability of required materials, tools, equipment and machinery before commencement of work.
- Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the reinforcement and shuttering teams before concrete pouring.
- Ensure proper preparation of work fronts before PCC/RCC activities.
- Supervise concrete pouring, vibration, finishing and curing activities.
- Ensure reinforcement is fixed as per approved bar bending schedule and drawings.
- Check shuttering for dimensions, alignment, level, supports and stability before concreting.
- Ensure proper curing of concrete and maintain required construction practices.
- Coordinate with survey team for setting out, benchmarks, levels and measurements.
- Identify site issues,



constraints and discrepancies and report them immediately to the Site Engineer.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, material consumption and activities completed.
- Assist engineers in preparing daily progress reports and work completion records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work is executed as per agreed scope and schedule.
- Monitor subcontractor manpower and productivity.
- Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions at the work location.
- Strictly follow project HSE requirements, PPE requirements and permit-to-work procedures.
- Stop unsafe work and immediately report unsafe conditions to the Engineer/HSE team.
- Support QA/QC team during inspections and ensure rectification of identified defects.
- Ensure works are completed within the planned schedule and required quality standards.
- Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of measurement records.
- Coordinate with stores and material teams for timely availability of construction materials.
- Support project engineers during inspections by the client/consultant.
- Ensure proper protection of completed works from damage.

Preferred candidate profile

- ood knowledge of civil construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and construction details.
- Good knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering and concrete works.
- Ability to control and manage site manpower.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve daily and weekly construction targets.
- Knowledge of construction safety requirements.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and site documentation.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and site conditions.

Perks and perks 25,000 30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Job Location: Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh

Immediate joiners / candidates available for site deployment are preferred.
