Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate residential construction activities from foundation to finishing, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities at the site.
- Monitor work from excavation, foundation, RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, architects, engineers, vendors, and project teams.
- Track daily site progress and ensure activities meet planned schedules.
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with the concerned team.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and availability at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and work updates.
- Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.




- Ensure proper implementation of safety and quality procedures.
- Report delays, defects, material shortages, and site issues to the Project Manager.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of residential construction processes from foundation to finishing.
- Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Good site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential construction.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Knowledge of English and Kannada preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle site activities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
