We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities at various project sites across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills and relevant experience in PWD/CPWD projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other project personnel.
- Monitor the quality and progress of construction work.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with PWD/CPWD officials and other stakeholders as required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.




- Experience in PWD/CPWD projects is preferred.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, site supervision, measurements, and project execution.
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across Kerala.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ernakulam/Cherthala based candidates are preferred
