About the Role

Preetee Builder is looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Project Manager / Project In-Charge to oversee the execution and management of residential and building construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site operations, planning, contractor management, quality control, cost monitoring, manpower management, and timely project completion .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise complete civil construction activities from start to project completion.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise structural, civil, finishing, and related construction activities.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources effectively.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, contractor bills, and overall resource utilization.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Review drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications and approvals.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.




- Manage multiple contractors and subcontractors and ensure smooth coordination between different activities.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations at the project site.
- Lead and guide the site engineering and supervisory team.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, work progress, and project records.
- Coordinate for timely completion, inspection, and handover of the project.

Required Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering .
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
- Strong experience in residential building construction , preferably high-rise/multi-storey projects.
- Experience in handling complete project execution and large construction sites.
- Robust knowledge of structural and civil construction activities, finishing works, BOQ, estimation, billing, and material management.
- Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage project/site operations and take timely decisions.
