Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our Civil Engineering, Construction Material Testing, and NABL Laboratory services. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, maintaining customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and government/private projects.
- Promote company services such as:
- Construction Material Testing
- NABL Laboratory Testing
- Field Testing Services
- Geotechnical and Concrete Testing
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with technical and laboratory teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and projects.




- Achieve monthly business targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain client records.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- MBA Marketing candidates are also preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Civil Marketing, Construction Industry, Material Testing, or Related Services.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Client relationship management.
- Knowledge of civil engineering and construction materials.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to travel for client visits.
- Strong sales and business development skills.

Preferred Candidates
- Experience in Construction Material Testing / NABL Laboratory Services Marketing.
- Knowledge of concrete, soil, steel, aggregates, bitumen, and field testing services.

Pay: ₹17,280.00 - ₹26,400.00 per month
