Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Civil/Mechanical Engineer with a CBSE background. The engineer will support the design, analysis, and implementation of bridge bearings, expansion joints, seismic systems, and heavy fabrication components in line with project specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with design and fabrication teams, monitoring project progress,



and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and approvals.

The role involves conducting technical assessments, assisting in research and development of new or improved products, and contributing to documentation, reporting, and quality control activities. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to support timely, safe, and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering, with practical understanding of structural and heavy fabrication components.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and related engineering calculations for bearings, joints, and structural assemblies.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings and models.
- Skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project deliverables.
- Ability to contribute to Research and Development (R&D;) initiatives focused on product improvement, innovation, and performance optimization.
- CBSE educational background with a relevant engineering degree (e.g., B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering).
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to infrastructure, bridges, and structural components is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in office and within multidisciplinary teams.
