We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 15+ years of proven experience in high-rise buildings, structural construction, and premium real-estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in construction execution, structural coordination, site management, quality control, and project supervision, with the ability to manage complex construction activities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise civil and structural construction activities.
- Manage execution of high-rise and multi-storey construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, workmanship, and specifications.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings and technical standards.
- Supervise contractors and site teams for efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and site requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction practices.
- Prepare and review site reports, measurements, and progress updates.

Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of experience in civil construction.
- Strong experience in high-rise buildings and structural construction.
- Experience in premium/luxury residential or commercial construction will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and site execution.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage contractors effectively.
- Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
