Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Civil Engineer to independently manage building construction projects from groundbreaking to final handover. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling site operations , possess robust capabilities in quantity estimation and material forecasting, and maintain complete oversight of day-to-day site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

End-to-End Ownership: Independently handle site operations from site layout, excavation, structural work, to final finishing and possession.

Site Supervision: Manage daily construction activities, ensure compliance with architectural and structural drawings and enforce quality control standards.

Quantity Surveying & Estimation

Material & Quantity Forecasting: Accurately estimate quantities for cement, steel,



concrete, masonry, tiles, paint, plumbing, and other civil engineering materials.

Billing & Verification: Verify contractor bills, prepare Running Account (RA) bills, and reconcile material consumption against approved BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Technical & Quality Assurance

Drawing Interpretation: Review and interpret structural, architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and working drawings for execution.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct quality checks for raw materials (concrete testing, slump tests, steel tensile checks) and enforce site safety protocols.

Reporting & Documentation

Progress Tracking: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site measurement sheets, and project timelines.
