Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located at the Pune Division of Rama Phosphates Limited.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction, repair, and maintenance of plant buildings, structures, and infrastructure within the manufacturing facility. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards,



and managing site inspections. The role also involves supporting stormwater and drainage management, optimizing land use within the plant, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to deliver reliable and cost-effective civil engineering solutions.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills in industrial, plant, or infrastructure projects
- Planning skills related to project scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination
- Experience or knowledge in Stormwater Management and drainage systems
- Eligibility to work as a Civil Engineer, with understanding of construction practices, standards, and codes
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, structural analysis tools)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing setting and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Prior experience in chemical, fertilizer, or heavy industrial plants is beneficial
