Role Description This full-time, on-site Civil Engineer – Interior Projects role is based at ACE’s facilities in Faridabad. The role involves planning, designing, and supervising civil and interior works for office spaces, production areas, and related infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety codes, quality standards, and project specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

The Civil





Engineer will oversee site inspections, resolve technical issues during execution, and support stormwater and utility management as required. The role also includes regular reporting on project progress, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of construction and interior project practices.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply civil engineering principles to interior and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams of Civil Engineers and related professionals on construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in project Planning, scheduling, and coordination of site activities, including resource and contractor management.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related site infrastructure considerations for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Experience with CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Previous experience in industrial, commercial, or interior projects is an advantage.
