About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Site & Project Execution who is practical, responsible, and willing to take ownership of site activities.

You will work directly with the management, clients, contractors, labour teams, vendors, and project partners to ensure projects are executed properly from planning → procurement → execution → inspection → completion .

This is an execution-focused role. The candidate should be comfortable spending significant time at project sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Coordinate civil, finishing, interior, waterproofing and other site works.
- Monitor labour productivity and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.

Estimation & Planning
- Prepare basic BOQs and quantity estimates.
- Calculate material and labour requirements.
- Assist in preparing project schedules.
- Track project progress against planned timelines.
- Verify measurements and work quantities.

Materials & Procurement
- Prepare material requirement lists.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.




- Inspect incoming materials for quantity and basic quality.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Coordinate with the office team for procurement requirements.

Quality & Safety
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Maintain construction quality standards.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Follow applicable safety practices and construction standards.
- Identify defects and ensure rectification.

Documentation
- Maintain daily site reports.
- Record labour attendance and productivity.
- Maintain material consumption records.
- Prepare measurement and progress reports.
- Maintain project photographs and completion documentation.

Client & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders.
- Communicate site requirements to management.
- Coordinate architects, contractors, vendors and workers.
- Provide regular project updates.
- Support project handover and completion activities.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–5 years of experience in construction/site execution.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering,



flooring and finishing works.
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation and quantity calculation.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

Preferred Skills Experience or knowledge in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Turnkey construction
- Interior fit-outs
- Waterproofing
- Protective coatings
- Industrial painting
- Epoxy/PU flooring
- Agricultural infrastructure
- Farm construction
- Pond construction
- Quantity surveying
- Project planning

Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, Civil 3D or other construction software is an added advantage.
