. Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate civil construction, infrastructure development, plant modifications and maintenance activities at the manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, safety, schedule and cost control.

- Key Responsibilities

 Supervise civil construction works including foundations, RCC structures, flooring, roads, drainage, utility areas, buildings and plant infrastructure.

 Coordinate civil works required for installation of machinery, equipment foundations, platforms, structures and plant utilities.

 Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and measurements; identify site requirements and coordinate with consultants.

 Prepare work schedules, monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned civil works.

 Supervise contractors, subcontractors and labour teams and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

 Check quality of materials and workmanship including concrete, reinforcement, masonry, flooring and finishing works.

 Verify measurements, contractor bills, material consumption and work completion against approved BOQs.

 Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Maintenance and Project teams to avoid interface issues and delays.

 Monitor site safety, housekeeping, PPE compliance and safe working practices.

 Maintain site records, daily progress reports, drawings, measurements, inspection reports and completion documentation.

 Identify defects,



structural/civil maintenance requirements and coordinate corrective actions.

 Support statutory inspections, approvals and documentation related to civil and plant infrastructure.

- Qualification & Experience

 B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

 3–7 years of experience in industrial / manufacturing plant construction and project execution preferred.

 Experience in RCC, foundations, industrial flooring, structural works, roads, drainage and utility infrastructure.

 Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project documentation.

- Desired Skills

 Strong site supervision, contractor management and project coordination skills.

 Ability to read civil/structural drawings and understand BOQs and specifications.

 Good knowledge of construction materials, quality standards and safety practices.

 Positive communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.

 Willingness to work at the plant site and coordinate with contractors as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
