- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and other site teams.

- Check and verify measurements, levels, alignment, dimensions, and quality of construction work.

- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works.

- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.

- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.





- Coordinate material requirements with the purchase/store team and ensure proper utilization of materials.

- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with approved construction standards.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Monitor manpower and contractor productivity at the site.

- Ensure proper implementation of site safety rules

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Relevant experience in civil construction/site execution will be preferred.
