Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Civil and MEP Engineers with 5+ years of experience in high-rise residential projects. The role involves overseeing civil and MEP design implementation, reviewing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are integrated effectively and safely. The engineer will manage quality control, assist with project scheduling, support cost optimization,



and prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders. Collaboration with project management teams and participation in client meetings to provide technical input and status updates are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Building Services skills, with experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Candidates should possess MEP Coordination and Electrical Engineering skills to manage and integrate building systems effectively.
- Candidates should possess Plumbing and related building services skills to ensure efficient and compliant water supply and drainage systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and MEP engineering for high-rise residential developments, including on-site execution and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and quality practices, along with proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports.
